dx_playiottdata problems

Well

I created an IVR , which plays numbers back to a customer. I have recorded the wav files and it is working fine. Just now and then after a few thousand calls dx_playiottdata comes back with this error: Bad/Unsupported WAV File. The strange thing is that it has played this files successfully thousands times before !!

Any suggestions ?
