Installing 2 D41/EPCI boards in W2K

-This is the first time I've had to work with this product. If I only have one board installed the service starts fine but if I have 2 of the boards installed then it will not start. I get "The Dialogic System Service service terminated with service-specific error 16383."

Any help would be appreciated.
