Sigh. Given the almost complete lack of information on this problem I am starting to think that Dialogic is avoiding it because they do not want to be compelled to replace the (defective) hardware.
I would have expected one of the Dialogic-employee lurkers to have responded to this thread. They seem to jump in on the easy, non-controversial ones.
