If you do a search on this forum you'll find many instances of problems (especially delay type problems) when using the Tapi middleware. You'd be much better off writing to the Dialogic api directly or using a toolkit or appgen that talks directly to dialogic. You are not the first to come across such issues - in essence using tapi is not a good solution for deploying industrial strength multi-line solutions.
