Detecting Certain Answering Machine Messages

I'm using a Dialogic D4PCI to analyse outbound calls (UK). Sometimes I get 2
ringbacks then a message saying "The number you have dialed has not been
recognised please check and try again" is repeated twice, followed by hangup

I would like to be able to identify messages such as this. Is there any
known way of identifying such messages (I may want to identify others also)?

I considered the following, but am not sure if they are worth persueing:

- Trapping Operator Intercept (rising tone). This doesn't occur when
dialing a number such as 0800 000010, so this isn't going to work

- Checking duration of greeting for PAMD, and comparing to known message
durations (not 100% accurate, but could be ok)

- Voice Recognition?!

Any help/ideas much appreciated.

Tobin
