-We're trying to run a line-side T1s that uses loop-start between the dialogic card and the rolm switch. The switch is configured as SF framing with B8ZS encoding. We have the lines from the switch configured as OPX's. Our VRU application is able to pickup calls, play prompts, and detect dtmf tones. The issues we have are that calls are being dropped when we transfer and that we cannot place calls on those lines to other extensions.
We have a similar configuration on our avaya option 11 switch. When we connect the same server to the avaya switch, we don't have any of the above issues.
Is there some settings in the spandti.prm file that we have to set for the rolm switch? Any insights into this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your responses.
