Fax Problems with D42JCTU card

-I'm using Pronexus components and the fax function some times works, some doesn't. I don't think it's a code problem, I've debug it from the Visual Basic and i got no error messages. I think it's a problem in the card. Have any of you gotten this problem before? Any ideas?
