Just a thought, but have you tried tsptrace to see what is happening at the signalling bit level when this disconnect occurs? It could be that after you dial, the CO is sending you an acknowledgement wink to confirm the receipt of the digits. If this is the case, it will show in the tsptrace.
If this is the case, you can turn on CDP_OUT_DNIS_WINK_NEEDED (this assumes DNIS is all you are sending).
