call transfer within EURO ISDN

The key is to have your CO switch support an ISDN Supplementary Service called "Explicit Call Transfer".

You then invoke this service by sending FACILITY IE blocks to the switch.

In addition, you need to alter some of the Dialogic configuration parameters in order to enable the "Double-call" and "Hold controlled release" features.
