In order to install SP1 you have to install the release first.
Install Red Hat 7.3. Update the kernel and kernel sources (the service pack release notes give explicit directions on this) Install the streams software. Install the 5.1 release but do not run config.sh. Install the service pack, and then finally run config.sh.
That is what I understand the process to be, but when I tried it I found that each selection I made from the service pack installation wiped out the items selected before it.
