You should not have to do anything special in your software to get the D
Channel up.
Just unload the dialogic, load the dialogic...load new software and off you
go. As a
matter of fact any attempt I have made in the past to raise the D-Channel
via API
has always failed.
Now one question the (D/480JCT-2T1) is a 2 T1 device. Might it be that you are
plugged into the wrong port on the back of the card. I do not have the command
line for isdiag in front of me. But you do select board and channel if
memory serves
me right. I never got anything useful from isdiag. I got my software to
work first.
Be sure you are running a compatible protocol for what your switch is
running. That
could be your problem also. My advise is if nothing else works...ie nobody can
tell you which protocol to run with knowledge of what they are talking
about do this.
Install the dialogic driver with ALL protocols.
Have your software report the status of the D-Channel link at startup. A
status check
will work.
Do this for all protocol selections:
net unload dialogic
net laod dialogic
run software...link up...ok that might be the right one. Link not
up...move to the next
protocol.
