Analog Call Logging

I would like to develop an application utilizing two DMV160LPHiZ cards. The application should detect off hook condition of the 32 lines being tapped. For incoming ring it should collect CLI and for outgoing it should collect the digits dialed both pulse or tone. Then it should record voice in a wave file.

My questions are the following :

1. Can I use SR5.1.1 for the above requirements.
2. Can I receive some sample codes covering the above requirements.
3. Are the cards mentioned above already available or are they yet to come. I have contacted some distributors and I am told that these cards would be launched next quarter. Is there any definite date when these cards would be available.

Any help on the above would be highly appreciated.
