dx_dial call blocking

am using dx_dial in EV_SYNC|DX_CALLP Perfect enabled call analysis.

and am connecting using cadence Break all the time and not by either PVD or PAMD or by any loop current. For now my working zone in Asia ( India ) using a PBX machine for testing and my client suppose to use my product is in US.

when i call dx_dial with default param for DX_CAPP struct ie

dxCAPP.ca_intflag = DX_OPTNOCON;
dxCAPP.nbrdna = 3; thz all

i can hear the phone rings even if i attend that call,after few seconds say 10- 15 seconds it says its connected coz of Cadence break and start working as defined by me.

what setting will i have to use to a dx_dial to respone for either PVD/PAMD/LCOFF and not coz of cadence break with my region Telephone as well as for US + PBX systems

please advice me
