Is Text to speech possible

yes you are right.
and i done that using SAPI componets.
But in dialgic documentaion i can see some API that supported TTS for dialogic cards.

Since i am using D/4PCI most of the compontes required are missing else i can test that with my 4PCI card.

i couldnt find a LIB and Header file for gc_ extention API.

can anyone suggest where can i get missing LIB and Header files
