OK,

You should use the Global call API.

Check out the global call documentation, first for basic call control (accept answer disconnect etc)

Global call Programming Guide
http://resource.intel.com/telecom/support/releases/winnt/SR511FP1/onldoc/htmlfiles/gcprgdw/1867-01.htm
globalcall Programming reference
http://resource.intel.com/telecom/support/releases/winnt/SR511FP1/onldoc/htmlfiles/gclibrf/1816-03.htm

Then check out these for doing the IVR stuff
Voice Features Guide
http://resource.intel.com/telecom/support/releases/winnt/SR511FP1/onldoc/htmlfiles/featgd3/1457-01.htm
Voice Programming Guide
http://resource.intel.com/telecom/support/releases/winnt/SR511FP1/onldoc/htmlfiles/pgmgd3/1456-04.html
Standard Runtime Library (for voice and global call event processing)
http://resource.intel.com/telecom/support/releases/winnt/SR511FP1/onldoc/htmlfiles/srlgd3/1458-02.htm

Then read these which provide additional information for ISDN (I presume its ISDN and not CAS/R2) and DM3

ISDN on Globalcall
http://resource.intel.com/telecom/support/releases/winnt/SR511FP1/onldoc/htmlfiles/gcisdn/0653-08.htm

global call on DM3
http://resource.intel.com/telecom/support/releases/winnt/SR511FP1/onldoc/htmlfiles/compgd/1237-11.html

For installing and configuring check out http://resource.intel.com/telecom/support/releases/winnt/SR511FP1/onldoc/htmlfiles/installw/1939-01.htm

NOTE you will have local copies of these once you install the SR.

Then look at some of the sample applications. There are some that do basic IVR stuff.

regards

Bruce
