Thank you for investigating this. This was the result of an internal code review here. We were aware of the extra message and noticed the behavior when the Call ID Information was not programmed for after the first ring and wondered if this would be an appropriate solution to watching for that status.
If there is a more complete set of documents that describe the various messages/events, how to turn them on, and so forth that may have allowed us to determine the behavior. As it is, our attempts to tunr on all messages and see what we can find that might solve the problem has not been successful.
