/usr/dialogic/bin/voxctl: No vector for: briD1

Hi, I'm wondering if someone might have experienced this error message before and/or know what it means?:
/usr/dialogic/bin/voxctl: No vector for: briD1

The configuration is RedHat 7.3, SR5.1FP1, with a single BRI/2VFD card. Below is the complete dialog that occurs when running dlstart. Thanks in advance for any info/hints.
