Hello all,
We just got a new Dell PowerEdge 6650 and want to run an entire DS3 off of it. We have 7 DMV-960 boards, but can't seem to start them all. When we put 6 boards into the machine they all start fine. When we add the 7th board, only 5 of them start.
We have checked the cable connection between the boards and everything is cool. We have checked the IDs and they're all fine as well. We've even tried re-seating the boards, moving them around, even taking them out to see if they'll work by themselves in other machines. All the boards look like they're working fine, just not all together at one time.
Our only conclusion is that only 6 boards will work in 1 machine. Or maybe the power supply in the server can't power all 7 boards. Does anyone have any ideas about what we can do to get them all working? Oh also we're running release 6.0 of the Dialogic software.
