4ESS and cc_AcceptCall fails

-We are attempting to user the cc_AcceptCall function on an ISDN circuit configured for 4ESS protocol. After the function call CCEV_ACCePT is returned, but then a CCEV_DISCONNECTED is returned with a reason message of "Mandatory information element is missing". The cc_AcceptCall function does seem to work with other installations with ISDN (at least QSIG). The goal is to be able to send ALERTING and then supply RingBack before answering the call.

We are running 5.1 for Linux.
