-I'm using a product called MSCS (Message Server Communication Suite) with a D/4PCI board. I've asked their tech support people about getting a LINEERR_RESOURCEUNAVAIL when trying to dial out after the current connected call has ended. Their software issues the dial command without any delay once the previous call is disconnected.

They say their software triggers from the TAPI commands received by the dialogic board so I need to try dialogic support. Is there a way to have the board wait a few seconds before reporting to TAPI that the board is on hook to give the analog line time to fully hang up?

I tried putting commas in the phone number to force a few seconds wait time in dialing but the wait time is only employed during dialing.....after the board has gone off hook.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
