Advice on Board to buy

You need an analog board with VoIP capability. Unfortunately Dialogic no longer makes them, so you can find some used ones on eBay. I suggest you use Digium/Asterisk for your PBX, it'll be cheaper and you'd be able to buy new hardware. Look at http://www.digium.com and http://www.asterisk.org.

Warning: These are Linux based systems and they are very limited in their capabilities, but they will suit your need.
