Blind Transfer on D41JCTLS

Actually, I am developing Speech Applications using MSS 2004 and Intel NetMerge Call Manager. The call manager is the one responsible for call transferring etc., so I don't think I can do it programmatically. Can you help me find resources or informations regarding this one. I only need to set the flash hook timing from the Call Manager. I tried different PBX. I used Panasonic and my blind transfer worked but not in MD110. I would appreciate any suggestions or informations.
