-Loss of a D Channel could mean anything. When the cable is pulled you would get that error. Does this error occur AFTER a success (GCEV or CCEV CONNECTED?)
Here are some things to check:
1. protocol? What protocol is in use? If the Co/pbx is a non-balanced protocol (QSIG, DPNSS et al) then this symptom can occur - Data Link Down (but it will occur at startup and always occur). If Co/Pbx is "A" and, then your Dialogic PC must be "B" end.
2. protocol.prm file: You can monkey with the parameters in this file (always stopping/restarting Dialogic service after a change) but in most cases the defaults should be in use. Best ones to try:
