Dialogic TSP and Wave drivers and D/4PCI

I am having a problem with the Dialogic TSP and Wave drivers included with SR5.1.1 SP1. I have a program that access's the TSP and Wave drivers at the same time on each port which is supposed to allow it to capture caller-id and audio at the same time. The problem is that once the wave drivers access the port (dxxxB1C1) the TSP drivers fail to return the caller-id. I even wrote another program in vb.net that access's the TSP drivers. If I have the first program open accessing the wave drivers, the second program spits out an error when it tries to register the TSP drivers on the same port. Should I be able to use both drivers on the same port simultaneously? Let me know if I need to clarify anything.
