ISDN - Caller cannot hear prompt play

Windows/Linux (Any dialogic release, SP, FP till SR 6.0)

Boards :
DMV/600A - 2E1 (configured for ISDN PRI, l10_dsa_net5)
D/300SC - E1 (configured for ISDN PRI, ctr4)

Problem :

Sometimes when a call arrives on a line, the caller cannot hear the prompt play. To be sure, i have routed the voice and line device in full duplex just before the prompt play.
Please note that the problem only happens sometimes.
