Problems with DM3 and Transfers

We have a DM/V960A-T4 and use Bellsouth (who use the NI2 protocol). From what I read in the documentation that the DM3 cards and IDSN NI2 protocol does not transfer.

Is there a digital interface card that will do transfers with NI2 protocol? Or is there a way I can get Bellsouth to change to something else they support to allow transfers? I read about PDK somewhat but that stuff got me more confused. If someone can point me to the right direction I would be grateful.
