Support and Contacts

If you need help with JVR, or just have a question, consult the following resources.

  • Jerboa Software and Solutions provides commercial support for JVR and regular non-Java Dialogic software solutions. If you are looking for help to get your application off the ground or have an existing solution that requires maintenance contact Jerboa for more information. Jerboa is Kevin O'Donnell's commercial software company. Email kevino@jerboa.ca for details.

  • Online Documentation. This includes the Javadoc API and a Frequently Asked Questions section.

  • JVR Mailing List. Read the archive to see if your question has come up before. If not then subscribe to the list and post your question.

  • Intel's General Dialogic Discussion is a good place to read up on the Dialogic API itself. Since JVR is just a "facade" to the real API this is a good reference for how to program Dialogic hardware. You cannot post to the list using the archive but it is updated daily as new messages are received. Intel also provides a web-based version of the list though it is not accessible to search engines. See the Intel Website for ways to post to the list.
